Outreach at Rise Academy

Our outreach service encompasses family and community engagement which builds social capital and a sense of school community.

These opportunities forge strong relationships with community partners as well as providing learning opportunity and resource for our young people.

The Learning Sanctuary

The programme offers a thorough curriculum including ESOL, GCSE’s, Functional Skills, BTEC’s and British Values and embraces diversity and culture through creative and expressive arts.

Community Pond

Rise Academy’s Land Based Studies programme is developing a ‘community foraging’ area at a forgotten local fishing pond.

Tall Ships

In partnership with the RANK Foundation and the Tall Ships Trust we have an annual voyage which takes young people from Hull Schools on a learning adventure of a lifetime.
