Catering

Hospitality Industry

I have always enjoyed cooking and do a lot of cooking at home. It’s great that I can follow my passion as I want to improve on my skills and learn to cook other dishes. Hopefully I can progress with this course as I want to either be a chef in the Army or work in a fancy restaurant. Could you imagine me in my whites working in a posh kitchen….it would be mint!
