Catering involves food preparation and food service and is designed for students who would like to become a Chef or work front of house and have a passion for food and customer service.
Students learn the basics for a career in catering from understanding how the hospitality industry works, cookery and food preparation to recipes and menu planning.

Hospitality Industry

have always enjoyed cooking and do a lot of cooking at home. It’s great that I can follow my passion as I want to improve on my skills and learn to cook other dishes. Hopefully I can progress with this course as I want to either be a chef in the Army or work in a fancy restaurant. Could you imagine me in my whites working in a posh kitchen….it would be mint!
