The Pupil Premium is spent in an integrated and targeted way, to ensure that entitled students receive the opportunity for additional support and access to all learning.

Actions focused on learning in the curriculum directly affect performance in the classroom and include:
small-group teaching
additional in-class support
academic intervention
provision of materials/equipment
vocational learning pathways

Actions focused on improving attendance include:
appointment of additional Education Welfare Officer
appointment of attendance and pastoral support team
incentives and rewards offered for improved attendance
paying for transport costs (bus tickets)

Actions focused on social, emotional and behavioural issues include:
one-to-one ELSA
school nurse support
interventions from an educational psychologist
careers, information advise and guidance
mental health first aid trained staff
