I honestly cannot believe how amazing all 5 of them were, they are an absolute credit to their school and I honestly in awe at the way they conducted themselves throughout. They spurred each other on through the whole thing, engaged in every activity and then had really intelligent and grown up responses to the discussion topics following the exercises.
We also spoke a lot about what they want to do after school and how much they think that the structure at Rise has helped them as they struggled with mainstream schools.
I’m not an emotional person whatsoever but I honestly felt so overwhelmed with how proud of them I was. They were really starting to struggle towards the end but they are stubborn in the best possible way and did not and would not give up. Please pass on my congratulations and tell them again how proud I am of them all!
