The Rise Academy staff team are working so hard at the moment to support our students during these challenging times.
To recognise some of their hard work, the Rise Above team have crowned a new staff member of the month for November 2020.
All students made nominations for their staff member of the month and the staff member with the most nominations received a certificate and a prize!
This month’s winners were Jordan Palmer Additional Needs Practitioner and Alice Welburn Nurture Group TA.
Some of Jordan’s nominations:
MP – “Jordan because she helps me sort out so many issues and makes me feel comfortable and safe talking to her.”
LB – “Jordan because she helps everyone and is so kind.”
KB – “Jordan because she is cool and always lets me spend my break and lunch in the barn, she’s nice.”
Some of Alice’s nominations:
EW- “Alice because she is a good teacher and has been there since day one”
JB – “She is really kind and friendly.”
AA “She helps everyone.”
