Rise has just returned back from competing at Hull University through Hull School Games. All students behaved and represented the school very well. Students from Caroline street took part in, New Age Kurling & Boccia. Our Rise Team won the New age Kurling competition, played 5 and won 5!

Once again, thank you for an excellent Development Day. Over the past three days I have seen some high quality practise. The systems set up by Georgia have enabled students to develop their reading and make good progress. This has meant you now have some children who no longer need to be on the programme,
Today the pupils at KS3 held a two-minute silence at 11am to remember the people who have died in wars around the world. We have also spent time visiting the Wawne war memorial and the 19 war graves in the churchyard. The pupils showed so much respect and they really enjoyed learning about how people
